I've never been much of a sketchbooker, or a journaler, or a diary-keeper. It wasn't until I took a class with The Good Ship Illustration that I really started to get interested in sketching and drawing what I was seeing in my daily life and on my outdoor outings.

Since then, it's become such an important part of my creative process, and my evolution as an artist.
